Why this project?
As CTO, I helped lead a project aiming to revolutionize the car buying and selling process by eliminating inefficiencies and high overhead costs found in traditional dealerships. Our goal was to create a fair and efficient marketplace powered by technology.

We focused on making the process simple, safe, and certain through a thorough vehicle certification process, an industry-leading pricing algorithm with over 30 million records, and a secure cash transfer system. This resulted in a more equitable marketplace attracting media attention, insurance agencies, and generating 40+ successful transactions with strong customer satisfaction.

I contributed to rebuilding the user experience from the ground up to make buying and selling cars enjoyable again.
