Why this project?
As CTO, I architected and led the delivery of an end-to-end ETL platform on AWS (S3, Glue, Athena), processing over 30 million records from market, research, government, and public data sources. This enabled dealerships to access key metrics such as days on market, valuations, sale numbers, and sales channel performance.
By embedding data-driven decision making into daily operations, we created a culture of insight and agility, helping dealerships increase market share and streamline inventory sourcing. The solution used big data, machine learning, and IoT technologies, and was successfully adopted by leading dealerships as a valuable tool to grow their business.
