"sponti" is an app that notifies you when a Facebook friend is nearby and within your radius of visibility, allowing for spontaneous in-person meetings.
Why this project?
There were several reasons that I was attracted to this project. Firstly, it was an exciting time to be a part of the social networking industry, which was undergoing rapid evolution. Secondly, the results of user testing were extremely positive, with a high adoption rate of 80% among those who were tested. It was clear that Sponti was a product that people were eager to use, and I was thrilled to be a part of the team bringing it to market.
